The Pasta Dinner and Auction set for Dec. 1st to raise money for Abelina and her family is promising to be a fun and rewarding event. The number of people and business who are interested in attending and donating has been incredible. We already have lots of people signed up to attend - in fact, we may sell out so we are encouraging people to get their registration in as soon as possible. The generosity of the local businesses and the community is touching. We have received so many donation items in just our first week and a half of solicitations. But we need more! Here are a few of our auction items so far: week stay at a luxurious 3 bedroom Hawaiian condo, a 2008 High Definition DVD Player, round of golf for 4 at StoneTree Golf Club, home or condo property appraisal, fine wine, Salmon/Halibut Fishing Trip with Captain Jack, face painting services, 2 family memberships at the YMCA, gift certificates (Boca Steakhouse, Rickey's, Tagliaferri's Deli, Embassy Suites, Courtyard by Marriott, Continental Jewelers and Centric Signs), gift baskets and much much more. Also, The Natural Hazards, the North Bay's Rockin' Realtor Band, has graciously offered to perform following the dinner.
As mentioned previously, all proceeds from the event will go directly to the Magana Family Fund established at Bank of Marin. Ticket prices are $20 for adults, $10 for children ages 4 to 17, and free for children 3 and under. For more information about the event, including registration or possible donations, please direct people to contact us: Laura Mattos at (707) 775-4500 x101 or lmattos@mhmb.com or Joanna Frazier at (415) 774-3258 or jfrazier@smrh.com.
